Happy "New New" Year

Let me start off by saying you can do it, you will not fail, you have to believe it is possible, don't stop, you're so close, do not lose hope, keep going, pray, pray, pray, stop all the negative talk, stop getting so offended, forgive that person, you don't have time for that, it's ok to try something new, stop overthinking it, you are smart enough, encourage yourself by speaking positive, applaud how far you've come and treasure who God has created you to be.

Now that we've gotten that out the way!! Happy New New Year! Yes, New New Year! It's not a typo, I believe that new new things are happening for you. Isaiah 43:19 says, “Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. So, if you feel tired or frustrated, Isaiah 40:31 tells us, but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. If that doesn't get you excited know that Revelations 21:5 says, and he who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” Also, he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”

It's a new year and a new chance to get a better relationship with God and make the steps toward purpose. I'm so proud of you, you know why? Because you didn't give in to the voice that tried to take you out. 2023 was a year for me. I am not afraid to admit that it really grew me up spiritually, emotionally, financially and most important mentally. I had so many in the mirror talking to myself moments. It was how I had to push myself. My body was exhausted and so was my mind. I kept asking God if he's forgotten about me. I was going to sleep in the early am hours knowing I had to go to work the next day and function. I have responsibilities! I am mom, daughter, sister, friend, ministry leader, business owner, employee...I was at the edge of the cliff with my eyes closed. BUT GOD!!! HE saved me from me! He will save you from you!

This new new year, let's make a commitment to each other right now. Let's commit that we will seek the kingdom of God first, relentlessly and everything else we will let God handle. We will practice more self-care and stay in the lane that works for us. Guess what, I've been doing it since January 5, because January 1-4 was carried over from 2023!! BUT GOD!!! It's been working!! I feel lighter and I feel stronger! Fam it's a new new time for us and we will see God do it!! I believe, I believe, I believe. Are you with me?? Let's E.A.T!

Hugs and Kisses

Shan

Time to Fly

During a typical workday I was out in the field doing what I do. Selling! I’m a sales rep for a franchise company. While driving down a familiar road heading to an appointment I heard God's whisper
